THIS IS AWAITING YOU
Yoga - The focus of the yoga sessions is on meditation, calming the mind, and body awareness. Yoga will be practiced every morning for 60-90 minutes. The classes are suitable for everyone, including beginners and advanced practitioners. In the evening, we will calm the mind with meditation or stretch the body after a day of hiking.
Hiking - The southwest region of Turkey offers beautiful places for hiking. It provides a unique nature with stunning landscapes. We will hike along the coast and in the mountains. The trails are not particularly challenging, but it is good to have some trekking hiking experience and appropriate equipment. Trekking poles are recommended. Throughout the stay, we will undertake 3 hikes with a length of 10-16 km.

OUR YOGA INSTUCTORS
Mareike Schmitz, 1981:
Mareike feels most at home in the mountains and enjoys climbing and hiking in her free time. She is a high school teacher for mathematics and geography and sees yoga as the perfect balance to her job and these strenuous sports, because yoga not only calms her mentally. That's why she practices yoga every day.
Yoga prevents tension and stretches all muscle groups, which is ideal fascia training.
Mareike has been teaching yoga in a yoga studio since 2019 and gives a yoga working group for students at school.
Dr. Alexandra Neubecker, 1967:
Alexandra has always felt connected to nature and the mountains, not only as a scientist, but also through her home in the Bavarian Alps. Due to her management work and privately, she traveled to many countries - on foot or by bike. She has been teaching part-time fitness, Pilates and yoga for clubs and adult education centers for 25 years.
With her daughter Lara, she began her tour guide training for families at the Alpine Club, which was expanded to include hiking guide training for adults. With the tour guide activity, Alexandra fulfills a passion that brings all her skills together.
In the meantime she has organized and carried out numerous trips in Europe herself:

Mgr. Lenka Banová, 1978:
Lenka started her yoga practice in her childhood, but it wasn't until over the years that yoga truly became her lifestyle and profession.
She has since completed several yoga trainings and specialized in the field of yoga therapy (including at the Czech Yoga Academy, recently under the guidance of Manju Jois). She primarily teaches yoga in her cozy studio or during yoga retreats in India and Turkey.
When she is not giving yoga classes or engaging in her own practice, you can find her somewhere on the water windsurfing.
In her opinion, yoga is not about spectacular achievements or acrobatic poses, but rather about being in tune with our own bodies, listening to one another, and seeking the path to lasting physical and spiritual well-being.
Yoga is a means for her to achieve optimal health, both physically and mentally, with love and joy.
Before becoming a full-time yoga teacher, she worked for many years as a translator, particularly in German and Dutch, which allowed her to explore different cultures and perspectives.
